Making a reservation with us is easy! There are several options. The booking slip on this
page can be printed out, filled out and faxed to 61 7 4161 7361. We accept the credit cards
displayed, but we do not recommend that you send your credit card details over the
internet. Alternatively, please ring us on 61 7 4161 7300 to discuss availability, special
requests or even if you would just like a chat about our house, maybe some extra
information or clarification. We can take your booking over the telephone or post you any
information you may need. Another easy way to talk to us is by Email to
manager@coolgarra.com.au, once again we can answer your questions, take your bookings or
let you know about what we have available. To secure your booking, we will need A$100 by
credit card, cheque or money order.

Conditions of
booking:
- A $100 deposit or credit card authorization is required to secure any reservation.
- Cancellations must be made in writing. Reservations cancelled less than five (5)
days prior to the initial day of the period reserved will forfeit the deposit.
- Guests may check in anytime after 1:00 pm; check out time is 10:00 am (late check out
available on prior arrangement only).
